Well, I’m just gonna put it out there.

He’s leaving Celtic Thunder, guys.

Damian wrote a very sweet note to his fans explaining that his contract with Glee conflicts with his arrangments with Celtic Thunder. So in order to stay, he quit the group. This means he will not be going on tour this fall. I hope fans accept this with grace and not bash him, although from all I’ve read it’s been a tearfilled and gracious reply. Ha, I’m crying as I write this! But really, God has given him a bigger and better path for his life to continue down.

The Glee Project Finale is on tonight.

My hands are shaking, my heart is pounding, and I keep checking online convulsivley to see if any spoilers have been posted.

And then I think about what a fool I’m being and laugh.

But seriously. Everyone wants Damian to win, and I totally get that.

He’s so talented and amazing, but he keeps talking about having to leave Celtic Thunder is order to do the show.

…why? It’s seven episodes. He’s been with Celtic Thunder for like five years. This is what I’m nervous for. Changes.

So…out of curiosity. Does anyone know if Damian will be on the Celtic Thunder Heritage tour this year? I SWEAR I’m not just another TGP fangril, I have loved the group for years and finally caught them when they’re coming to Seattle. So if anyone knows…it would be great to know!! ?
